Pavoni

Effetre Murano,
design di Bigaglia Andrea

The work is inspired by one of the many artistic excellences that constitute the artistic heritage of the island of Murano.

Specifically, Pavoni takes up a portion of the mosaic floor of the Basilica dei Santi Maria e Donato.

The artist Andrea Bigaglia, through the brilliance of the glass, its innumerable variety of colors and the use of various glass techniques (including the furnace work, lampwork, glass fusion and mosaic) aims to create curiosity and positive sensations in contrast to the chromatic and sensorial gloom associated with jersey, symbol of division and contrast.
